CowSide II
Charm CowSide II is a broad-spectrum microbial inhibition assay that detects inhibitors, such as antibiotics – the most common inhibitors found in raw milk. Enhanced sensitivity to beta-lactams, sulfonamides, aminoglycosides and tetracyclines make CowSide II a valuable, cost-effective tool for screening raw commingled and ultra-pasteurized cow milk for a broad spectrum of antibiotic families at EU and US regulatory levels.
