Meet Russian Federation Requirements Charm ROSA has the only complete line of rapid tests that meet all of the requirements of the Russian Federation
Russian Regulations Russian dairy authority milk product regulations require importers to comply with drug residue screening criteria that include beta-lactams, tetracycline, chloramphenicol and streptomycins. The Russian Dairy Union has consolidated and outlined the recent changes to Russian Dairy Regulations. These regulations, specified in Russian Federal Law 163 (2010), amend the less stringent regulations in Federal Law 88 (2008). In addition to Russia, these regulations apply to milk imported into Belarus and Kazakhstan, as a new Customs Union has been established between Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan which includes harmonization of regulations. A testing schedule has also been established where all milk exporters to Russia should test for all four of the above antibiotics at least once every 10 days. If a positive is found, then frequency of testing is increased until milk is deemed to be consistently below the Russian limits.
Dairy product suppliers to Russia can supplement their existing antibiotic screening of raw tanker milk with Charm ROSA tests to meet these lower import requirements. For the Russian Federation requirements, Charm offers specific tests for beta-lactams/tetracyclines, chloramphenicol and streptomycins. Charm ROSA has the only complete line of rapid tests that meet all of the requirements of the Russian MRLs for raw milk.
