PasLite
Charm’s PasLite Test is the leading alkaline phosphatase test employed by the dairy industry worldwide. PasLite delivers accurate, precise and economical detection for alkaline phosphatase in under four minutes. No reagent preparation or warm-up time is required, and multiple samples can be run simultaneously. PasLite is an excellent fit for dairy HACCP as it determines pasteurization problems long before they reach a level of critical concern. The PasLite Test is a chemiluminescence-based EPAS method that can be run on most Charm luminometer systems, including the Charm novaLUM.
