ROSA Aflatoxin Quantitative - Test Procedure
ROSA® P/N (Qualitative)

After sample extraction and 3 minute incubation, this test gives an accurate “Positive/Negative” result (detecting aflatoxin contamination in bulk corn samples at 20 ppb and above), with methanol or ethanol extraction. Approval
No equipment is required to read the distinct visual results. However, an optional digital reflectance strip reader has also been approved to verify results and electronically record test data. The same strip is also approved with the ROSA Reader at a 10 ppb threshold. Approval
When extracting with 70% methanol, the same diluted extract can be used to run the qualitative or quantitative strip or both. This 2-in-1 feature is unique to Charm. It simplifies screening and confirmation and minimizes sample errors from preparing separate diluted extracts.
