Charm’s PasLite test is the leading alkaline phosphatase test employed by the dairy industry worldwide. The PasLite is the fastest available phosphatase method because no reagent preparation or warm-up time is required, and multiple samples can be run simultaneously. The PasLite test delivers accurate, precise and economical detection for alkaline phosphatase in just three minutes, and with a limit of detection of 20mU/L. PasLite is an excellent fit for dairy HACCP as it determines pasteurization problems long before they reach a level of critical concern. The PasLite test is a chemiluminescence-based EPAS method that can be run on most Charm luminometer systems, such as novaLUM®, which reads additional diagnostic tests for ATP surface hygiene (Pocketswab® Plus), allergen control programs (AllerGiene®), and more.
