Charm Sciences Hosts Local Distributor and Customers from Poland

Lawrence, MA – Charm Sciences recently hosted both their local distributor and customers from Poland for a Dairy Safety Seminar at its Riverside Technology Development Center in Andover, Massachusetts.

During their week in the US, the participants discussed international regulations for dairy safety and chemical residue control, hygiene management, and process verification. They also received hands-on technical training with test kits and equipment.

Charm Sciences arranged for field visit with dairy farms and plants in New England and New York. The guests were exposed to technology and innovative solutions that they hoped to transfer to the Polish dairy market. Topics included herd management, milking, transportation, sanitation, residue testing and end-product testing.

“We were very impressed that Charm Sciences does everything in one place. All tests and equipment are made right on location in Massachusetts,” said Krzystof Tomera, owner of TOMLAB, a distributor for Charm. “The company puts so much emphasis on quality control of all its products. I am impressed with the high standards within Charm, the knowledge of the workers, and the variety of products.”
